– Guidelines for Using the Paulus Building Lounge Group Room –

1. Please complete the reservation log before using the room.

Write the representative user’s name and number of users in the time slot and room section on the booking board.

2. The room may be used by four or more people.
3. The maximum usage time is three hours per day.
4. The facility is available only to Sogang University students and staff.
5. Please refrain from loud noise or any behavior that may disturb others.
6. Beverages are allowed, but food and other outside items are not permitted.
7. Please take care of your personal belongings to prevent loss.
8. After use, please clean and organize the seating area.
