Leave of Absence

- If you are raising a child aged 8 or under (or up to the 2nd grade of elementary school if enrolled), or due to pregnancy or childbirth, leave may be granted for up to a total of 4 semesters (up to 2 semesters for male students).
- If a military officer is relocated and requires long-term leave, it is considered as one semester of leave. However, such long-term leave is limited to one time.
- For overseas postings (work) or long-term domestic provincial assignments, up to 3 years is considered as one semester of leave. In principle, supporting documentation must be submitted every semester during the leave period.
Return to School
- Submit the Return to School Application to the Administrative Team by the day before the registration period begins for the semester you plan to return.
Removal from Enrollment
- A student whose cumulative GPA falls below 2.0 for two consecutive semesters based on the end-of-semester academic review
- A student who fails to register by the designated deadline without an approved leave of absence
- A student who does not return after the leave of absence period ends
- A student who fails to complete the program within the maximum period of enrollment
- A student who is subject to removal for violating other school regulations
Voluntary Withdrawal
- Students wishing to withdraw voluntarily must submit a Withdrawal Application stating the reason to the Administrative Team.
Readmission
Readmission may be granted only once when a vacancy exists within the admission quota.
- Submit the Readmission Application and obtain approval from the Dean of the Graduate School of Business.
- For approved students, credits earned and academic records prior to readmission may be recognized as valid.
Leave of absence is permitted for up to one year after readmission. - Students granted readmission must pay the prescribed readmission fee.
Special Readmission
Applicants whose thesis submission eligibility period has expired may be granted special readmission only once, subject to approval by the Dean of the Graduate School of Business upon submission of an application.
- The remaining period of enrollment is limited to a maximum of 3 years (6 semesters), and requests for a leave of absence or an extension of the thesis semester are not permitted.
- After special readmission, thesis registration must be completed every semester for up to 6 semesters until the thesis is officially passed.
Tuition Refund (Carry-over) Policy
- If the reason for a refund occurs by the day before the semester start date (for new students, by the day before the admission date), the full amount of the paid tuition will be refunded.
- If the reason for a refund occurs after the start of the semester, the admission fee is non-refundable, and tuition will be refunded (or carried over) according to the table below.
- If a student paid a reduced amount after applying an internal scholarship, the refund policy applies to the actual amount paid.
- When calculating refund (or carry-over) amounts, any amount less than 1,000 KRW will be truncated.
