Pro-MBA Program Director Choi, Jang-Ho
“People talk about the 4th Industrial Revolution and Digital Transformation, but I don’t really know what they are or how they will impact my organization.” “My boss tells me to come up with new ideas, but how can I when I'm chased by time from morning to night every day?” “My colleagues seem to be managing themselves and developing steadily—what am I doing?” Middle management today is filled with such worries and anxieties. They browse bookstores for new releases, search for famous YouTube channels, and sign up for celebrity lectures at work that they previously ignored. Despite these efforts, the anxiety in the corner of their minds remains.
Sogang Pro-MBA understands this discomfort. We are here to help you. For those living in an unpredictable era, we will provide the knowledge and wisdom to navigate the waves of change. Through lectures that bridge the gap between classics and the latest trends, you will learn the true essence of management. You will acquire practical senses and methodologies through sessions led by industry experts. Hands-on experiences, including global seminars, will allow you to feel the world's changes firsthand. Furthermore, by interacting with alumni from various industries and positions, you can expand the breadth of your experience. Sogang Pro-MBA will be the best investment to increase your human and social capital.
Chapter 71 of Lao Tzu’s Tao Te Ching contains this passage: “To know that you do not know is the best. Not knowing and thinking that you know is a disease (知不知上矣 不知知病也).” You, who have recognized your own shortcomings and taken on the challenge of Sogang Pro-MBA, are the most exceptional individuals. We will make your time of challenge fruitful and meaningful. We warmly welcome you aboard this journey.
