Major Specializations
Accounting
The Accounting major is designed for students who wish to utilize corporate accounting information to support economic decision-making. This program enables students to understand the significance and social utility of accounting information while equipping them with the professional expertise required to perform accounting functions rationally.
LSOM
Logistics and Service Operations Management (LSOM) primarily focuses on various decision-making problems related to the rational operation of a firm's input and output systems for goods and services. Students research production planning, facility systems, and the latest theories in supply chain management through strategic approaches while also learning quantitative research methods for business management.
Digital Intelligence
Digital Intelligence explores the theories and practices of data analysis, AI, and business innovation necessary to support effective management decisions in the digital era. This major emphasizes data-driven decision-making and digital transformation to ensure corporate competitiveness, helping managers develop the data-based problem-solving skills essential for modern leadership.
Finance/Risk Management
Finance/Risk Management is an integrated and strategic management field that applies economic principles to organizational operations. Students in finance study capital market theories and financial problem-solving methods, while those in the insurance track explore risk management and general insurance knowledge from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
International Business
International Business researches global corporate activities from the perspectives of environmental analysis, management strategy, and national policy. By majoring in this field, students can develop systematic specialized knowledge along with the international perspective required of modern managers.
Business Analytics
Business Analytics examines rational decision-making processes for individuals and organizations, emphasizing scientific and systematic skills as vital virtues for managers. The program connects technology and science with management to meet the demands of progressive leaders who require scientific, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Marketing
Marketing encompasses all activities starting from identifying customer needs to providing satisfaction and value to the customer. The program focuses on fostering analytical abilities and comprehensive specialized knowledge to ensure that students can make correct decisions regarding diverse marketing issues.
OBHRM·Strategy
The HR and Organization specialization focuses on behavioral science and labor relations to achieve organizational goals through the efficient use of human resources. Parallel to this, Management Strategy researches how top executives can effectively create and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage for their firms.

Graduation Requirements
- Enrollment: Students must be registered for at least four semesters.
- Credit Requirements: A minimum of 45 credits required for graduation must be completed.
- Academic Standing: Students must maintain a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.3 scale).
Major Specialization
Students have the opportunity to specialize in one of eight fields: Digital Intelligence, International Business, Marketing, OBHRM·Strategy, Finance/Risk Management, Accounting, Business Analytics, or LSOM. The curriculum requirements for completing a specialization are as follows:
- General Specializations: For most majors, students must complete Common Core I, Common Core II, and at least 6 credits of elective courses within their chosen field.
- Accounting Specialization: Students majoring in Accounting are required to complete the Core Mandatory, Common Core II, and at least 6 credits of elective courses specifically within the accounting field.

Professional Topic Research
- Applicable only to students who have applied for a major specialization.
- Submit the "Professional Topic Research Application" during the expected semester of graduation.
- A faculty advisor will be assigned once the application has been received.
- Conduct the research under the guidance of the assigned faculty advisor.
- Submit the final output at the end of the semester.
- The course is evaluated on a Pass/Fail basis.
Field Internship Courses: Global Seminar I, II, III
- Schedule: These courses are offered during the summer and winter vacations.
- Frequency: The seminars are conducted once per vacation period.
- Credit Recognition: Up to three completions during the enrollment period can be reflected in academic credits.

Conducted in a field trip format. Based on a 3-night, 4-day (or 2-night, 3-day) schedule, 2 credits are recognized (Report submission and Pass/Fail).
Guide for Remote Classes (Online Lectures)
Since the second semester of the 2019 academic year, the Pro-MBA program at the Graduate School of Business has been operating remote classes (online lectures) to provide diverse educational services and convenience for students balancing their professional careers and academic pursuits.

Scholarship Information
- Group Scholarship This scholarship is awarded to the group that achieves the highest evaluation score based on academic performance (65%), event participation (20%), Alumni Association evaluation (10%), Graduate School of Business evaluation (5%), and other selection criteria.
- Academic Scholarship This is awarded to students who have completed at least 10 credits per semester and have achieved the highest or excellent grade point averages (GPA) for the credits earned in the current semester.
- Achievement Scholarship This scholarship is provided to the president, vice presidents, and department heads of the Alumni Association, as well as to students participating in special activities.
- Sogang PRIDE Scholarship This is awarded to students with outstanding admission scores who have been selected by the Admissions Committee.
